At VibeSafe, we strive to offer high-quality safety gadgets. However, if you’re not satisfied or something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

🔁 Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of order delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are only processed for products that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened personal safety items such as pepper sprays or stun guns.

  • Physically damaged or tampered products not caused during transit.

Refund Process:

  1. Email us at support@vibesafe.in with order ID, reason, and photos (if applicable).

  2. If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged or instructions will be shared.

  3. After inspection, your refund/store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

After Shipping:
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, wait for delivery and request a return (if eligible).
