Refund/Cancellation Policy
At VibeSafe, we’re committed to delivering top-quality personal safety gadgets. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to assist—just follow the process below carefully.
Return Policy
- Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item).
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Reverse Pickup: If your return is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.
Returns Not Accepted For:
- Products without an unboxing video
- Opened or used personal safety items (e.g., pepper sprays, stun guns)
- Items damaged or tampered by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered
- The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
- The returned product passes our inspection
Refund Process:
- Email support@vibesafe.in with your Order ID, a brief explanation of the issue, and the mandatory unboxing video.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
- After inspection refund will be credited within 5-7 days in the original payment method
Order Cancellation
Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You may request a return if eligible after receiving the item.
