Refund/Cancellation Policy

At VibeSafe, we’re committed to delivering top-quality personal safety gadgets. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to assist—just follow the process below carefully.


Return Policy

  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item).
  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Reverse Pickup: If your return is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Products without an unboxing video
  • Opened or used personal safety items (e.g., pepper sprays, stun guns)
  • Items damaged or tampered by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered
  • The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • The returned product passes our inspection

Refund Process:

  1. Email support@vibesafe.in with your Order ID, a brief explanation of the issue, and the mandatory unboxing video.
  2. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
  3. After inspection refund will be credited within 5-7 days in the original payment method

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You may request a return if eligible after receiving the item.
